Your First Sunday
Walking in somewhere new is hard.
We know it takes something to visit a church you've never been to — especially if it's been a while, or if it's your first time ever. So here's everything you'd want to know before you show up, no surprises.
You don't need to sign up, register, or tell us you're coming. Just pick a Sunday and walk in. But if you'd rather let us know ahead of time so someone can watch for you, we'd be glad to hear from you.

What to Expect
From the parking lot to the last song.
Pull in and park
There's plenty of parking right off Cypress Street. Come as early as you like — the lot is easy to navigate and the front entrance is clearly marked.
Say hello at the door
Someone will be there to greet you, point you toward the sanctuary, and help you find classes for your kids if you need them. Feel free to tell them it's your first time — we love that.
Find a seat
Sit wherever you're comfortable. Nobody will single you out, ask you to stand up, or put you on the spot.
Worship with us
Expect about an hour of traditional worship — hymns led by our choir, prayer, and a message from Scripture that connects to real life.

Parking
Parking is available in the lot off Cypress Street. Accessible spaces are located nearest the main entrance. Guest parking spaces are on the left side of the lot.
Which door?
Use the main front entrance — greeters are stationed there before every service and can walk you wherever you need to go.

Things people ask us
What should I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll see everything from suits to jeans on a Sunday morning. We care a lot more that you came than what you wore.
Where do my kids go?
Sunday School classes run at 9:45am for every age group. During the 11:00am service, preschoolers can join Children's Church and K–6th graders head to Jericho Junction. You're also welcome to keep your children with you in the service.
What is the worship style like?
Traditional. We sing the great hymns of the faith, our choir leads the music and brings special music each Sunday morning, and the preaching comes straight from the Bible.
How long is the service?
The Sunday morning worship service typically runs about an hour.
Will I be asked to give?
We take an offering as part of worship, but it's for our members and regular attendees. As our guest, you're under no obligation — please don't feel any pressure.
Do I need to know anyone to come?
Not at all. Most people show up the first time not knowing a soul. Introduce yourself to whoever is nearby and you'll leave knowing a few names.
What if I'm not sure what I believe?
You're welcome exactly as you are. Questions and doubts aren't a problem here, plenty of us have had them, and we'd rather walk through them with you than have you sit them out alone.
